About the EU2Control Study

EU2Control is a research study conducted across 11 European countries. We’re working together with community partners such as EATG, to learn more about a rare group of people living with HIV who can control the virus after stopping treatment. These individuals are called post-treatment controllers, and we believe that they hold the key to unlocking new possibilities to bring us closer to curing HIV.

Our goal is to build the largest group of post-treatment controllers in the world and to collect blood samples. By learning from them, we aim to understand how the body controls HIV and how this knowledge could lead to new more sustainable ways to treat and potentially cure HIV.
